I have to explain myself, I decided a little while ago that I was going to attempt to sew a baby bed set for our little girl due the beginning of June. The only reason why is because I couldn't find one I liked, and the ones that were pretty cute were $500-$600! AHHH! So I had an idea in mind and I decided to go for it. No pattern, no nothing! My husband thought I was insane, nothing new. So I found all of these adorable fabrics (except 2) at Walmart for $1 a yard! I was so excited. I began... everything was going great, I was nearly done when all of the sudden my 20 year old featherweight Singer sewing machine broke on me! I couldn't believe it, just my luck. Well I decided to change my luck so I treated myself to a brand new Viking sewing/embroidery machine. Oh My! It is nice! I'm feeling very spoiled. Anyways, so after all of that I finally finished the bed set late last night. I told Clayton he couldn't go to bed because he was gonna miss the huge party I was gonna have once I finished. He didn't listen. I celebrated all by myself. But NOW all of you can join in my celebrations! Yippey!. Unfortunately the rest of the nursery still needs some work. Oh well, I'm going to enjoy this moment. Thanks for listening.
